WHY SHOULD I BOOK WITH YOU?

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY HAIR AND MAKEUP TRIAL?

For hair it’s best to wash it the night before but not use straighteners or any heated tools as it affects the hair shaft and make it harder to re-style. If you *need* to wash it every day then come with it washed that morning and the stylist can prep it.

HOW LONG WILL TAKE THE TRIAL SESSION?

The trial is approximately 1.5 hours for hair or makeup and 2.5 hours for both, as we give you couple looks in trial session. For wedding day, the complete makeover will take 1.5 hours to 2 hours.

DO I PAY FOR THE TRAVEL?

Yes, and these details we will give you on the quote.

WHAT PRODUCTS DOES THE ARTIST USE?

None of our artists are affiliated with a particular brand so all use a mix of high-quality makeup products in their kit. But finally, we use the brands which suits for your skin tone and your will get the natural look.

IF I’M NOT HAPPY AT THE TRIAL AM I COMMITTED TO BOOK?

No, and you are just liable to pay for the trial and any travel charges incurred.

CAN I BOOK IN A TRIAL WITHOUT PAYING THE DEPOSIT FIRST?

Our artists are all very popular so we always ask for a deposit first to hold your wedding date in their diaries before booking in your trial.

HOW LONG SHALL I ALLOW FOR HAIR AND MAKEUP ON MY WEDDING DAY?

Your artists will work this out for you at the trial, however as a rough guide for approximate timings we suggest 2 hours for bridal hair and makeup and 1 hour per person for others like Bride Sister, Mom..etc.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR OUR HAIR AND MAKEUP ON THE DAY?

We ask that you and anyone in your party having hair and makeup arrive with clean, makeup-free faces and freshly washed and dry hair (wet if they’re having just a blow-dry). Be sure to avoid leave-in conditioners and hair masks.

CAN MY BRIDESMAIDS PAY YOU SEPARATELY?

All payment must come from whoever confirms the booking for simplicity. Our brides typically collect payment from their wedding party before final payment is due.

CAN I REDUCE THE PRICE OF THE PACKAGE IF I DON’T INCLUDE LASHES?

The lashes are a complimentary extra offered by us so we would not be able to discount if you prefer not to have them.

DO I PAY FOR HAIR EXTENSION / SAVARAM / JADAGANTALU / EXTRA SAREE DRAPING / FLEETINGS?

Yes, if you use any of the above you have to pay separately for those and the costs will be available with our admin desk us at +91 8977020202.

HOW MUCH TIME YOU WILL BE AT LOCATION?

Generally, our commitment per event is 4hours. If it’s beyond that waiting charges will be applicable. For more details on this, please contact with our admin desk us at +91 8977020202

DO I PAY FOR EXTRA HOURS / IS THERE ANY WAITING CHARGE?

Yes, waiting charges are applicable if it goes beyond the discussed time lines. However, as a rough guide for approximate timings are 3 to 4hours per one session. Ex: if the bride ready by time is 10:00 AM, my team will be there by 7:30 AM and they will do the makeover between 8:00AM – 10:00AM. After that the team is available till 11:00 AM or 11:30 AM. Or till the Second Saree change time, which comes first.

MAKEUP/HAIR/SAREE SERVICES ARE EXTRA FOR OTHERS?

Yes, above services costs extra based on the utilization from your side. If you want these services you need to informed us bit prior other wise team will not be able to provide these services.

IF GROOM TAKES THE SERVICES, WHAT IS THE GROOM MAKEOVER COST?

TERMS & CONDITIONS


Cancellation Policy

1.1 We take a 50% deposit at the time of booking to confirm the team officially for your event dates. Paying this deposit is your agreement to our Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Your wedding date is confirmed only once we have received your booking deposit by credit/debit card payment or bank transfer or Google Pay or Phone Pay or any other payment methods.

1.3 Once the deposit amount received you will receive a booking confirmation document confirming the details of your booking

1.3.1 The booking deposit is nonrefundable for any reason (this includes acts of God, fire, pandemic, illness, strike and/or extreme weather).

1.3.2 If your wedding is postponed the deposit can move across to 1 new date with no extra charges if the date is within 12 months. This can be utilized by you and your family members. The new date should be informed us minimum 20 days prior to block the artist dates. The deposit however is not refundable.

1.3.3 If you are booking more than one team then each part of the deposit only applies to that artist and that deposit value cannot carry across to another artist’s part of the booking if you only proceed with part of the booking.

1.3.4 If you would like to reduce the size of your booking once the deposit has been paid this is at the discretion of your artist(s). The booking deposit is not adjustable once the booking is confirmed.

Travel and Accommodation Policy

2.1 If my team is traveling more than 3 hours for your wedding, you need to provide the proper accommodation and food for the team members. For more details, please contact with our admin desk us at +91 8977020202

2.2 If you are booking a destination/outstation wedding with us the travel costs may fluctuate. However, we always keep travel costs as low as we can and will inform you of any changes.

Trial Make-Up Policy

3.1 During busy periods it might not always be possible for us to schedule trials at the weekend, particularly Saturdays. For more details, please contact with our admin desk us at +91 8977020202

3.2 If you cancel your trial with less than 24hours notice the full cost of the trial is still chargeable and you will have to pay for a new trial date.

3.3 If you would like to have your trial at your home then travel cost is additional.

3.4 If you’re not happy with the trial hair and/or makeup and choose not to go forward with your booking, will give you another chance to attend for a trial with different team at zero cost at our studio.

3.5 Any skin condition or allergy should be reported to us prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction.

3.6 Photographic/video images of the client, members of the booking or event may be used by the artist on social media unless the client has expressly withdrawn their consent in writing.
